We guarantee to refund the value paid for the products if they returned unworn, without any trace of use and in condition to be sold again immediately as new. Each pair of shoes is a different refund process. The shoe must come with the original Invoice and original box. The refund process must begin up to 30 days from the receiving date (UPS proof of delivery) of the item.
It is necessary that the costumer himself contacts with our Customer Care (1-855-636-6784) or by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. In order to have the return-shipping paid by www.BRAZILDEPOT.COM you should follow this policy strictly.
We will give you a pre-paid return-shipping label and a refund OF the amount you paid for the returning item, minus a $7,65 restocking fee per item.
The shoe must come with the original packaging items: labels, tags, box, etc. As the payment come through PayPal, the value refund (value paid minus the restocking fee per item) will be post to your PayPal account.
Usually the credit will take UP to 5 working days after the process is concluded to appears at your account balance.

− The customer needs to “open” the refund process before 30 days from the receiving date (UPS proof of delivery) of the item.
− Never ship the pair of shoe before being in touch with the BRAZILDEPOT.COM Customer Care; if a product arrives at the BRAZILDEPOT.COM warehouse without follow this policy; the process will be discontinued if it does not strictly follow this policy.
− Never mail back the product to manufacturer, only to BRAZILDEPOT.COM.
BRAZILDEPOT.COM will only consider the refund process that strictly follows all the items of this policy

Also is a mandatory condition that you should repackage unworn items exactly how you received them — original Invoice, shoe boxes, bags, tags, and all. Place everything in your shipping box and tape your new shipping label over the original one.
The BRAZILDEPOT.COM Costumer Care, as soon as a refund process begin, will email you the new UPS shipping label and all the instructions
The BRAZILDEPOT.COM warehouse will inspect (return inspection) the returned item and reserve itself the right to recuse the return if this policy was not strictly followed.
Within 7 days after receiving the shoe at our warehouse, the customer will receive an e-mail informing that the return was accepted and the refund (value minus the restocking fee) was ordered to PayPal.
